Dr. Roxanne Aleman is medical oncologist and hematologist at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She provides comprehensive care for adults with solid tumors and benign and malignant hematologic conditions.

Dr. Aleman earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Miami and her medical degree from Central Michigan University College of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, Illinois, followed by a fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at Scripps Clinic/Scripps Green Hospital in San Diego, California.

Dr. Aleman’s research has spanned radioligand therapy in prostate cancer, immunotherapy outcomes, breast cancer, and meningioma. She has also served as a subinvestigator on clinical trials evaluating novel therapies for leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloproliferative neoplasms. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at institutional and national scientific meetings. She is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology.

A Miami native, Dr. Aleman is proud to return home and care for the South Florida community. She is committed to providing thoughtful, evidence-based, and individualized care while helping patients and their families navigate complex diagnoses and treatment decisions with clarity and compassion.

She is fluent in English and Spanish.
