Dr. Brian G. Wagstaff is a board-certified family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York. He completed his family medicine residency training at University of Maryland in Baltimore. He also completed a fellowship in academic family medicine at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Wagstaff’s clinical interests include preventive care, geriatrics, and wound care. His work in geriatric and nursing home medicine earned him the Physician of the Year award from the Southeast Division of Life Care Centers of America in 2013. Dr. Wagstaff has been on the faculty of Case Western Reserve University Family Medicine Residency in Ohio and then worked providing physician home visits and nursing home care in Southeast Florida. Since moving to Key West in 2015, he has practiced family medicine and provided urgent care and occupational medicine services at Key West Urgent Care.
