Dr. Adam Zybulewski is a Vascular and Interventional Radiologist at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Zybulewski earned his medical degree from UMDNJ/Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick, NJ and completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center in Englewood, NJ. He went on to complete his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in New York, during which he served as a Service Line Chair for the Genitourinary, Gastroenterology and Reproductive section of the Society of Interventional Radiology’s Resident, Fellow and Student (RFS) section. Dr. Zybulewski is a recipient of the Associate of University Radiologists (AUR) Radiology Resident Academic Leadership Development (ARRALD) award as well as the Society of Interventional Radiology Resident in Training award. He completed a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York.

Dr. Zybulewski has a broad range of clinical interests including minimally invasive treatments for peripheral vascular disease, deep venous thrombosis (DVT), varicose veins, uterine fibroids (Uterine Artery Embolization), benign prostatic hyperplasia (Prostate Artery Embolization), liver and renal cancer, including therapies such as Yitrium-90 radioembolization, chemoembolization and thermal ablation. He is experienced at Trans-Radial technique, in which liver cancer treatments, treatment for uterine fibroids and benign prostatic hyperplasia are treated from an artery in the wrist.

Dr. Zybulewski has authored and coauthored multiple peer-reviewed publications in Interventional Radiology and has given multiple presentations before medical conferences across North America regarding advanced technologies for endovascular therapies. He is an active member of the Society of Interventional Radiology (SIR).
