Judith Calvert is a board-certified adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner specializing in neurosurgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical care, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with complex neurological conditions.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Florida International University and brings a strong background in neurocritical care. Her clinical experience includes performing detailed assessments, interpreting laboratory and imaging studies, managing postoperative patients, and prescribing and monitoring medications. Judith also supports hospital rounding, call coverage, and coordination of diagnostic testing to ensure timely, effective care.

Before her advanced practice role, Judith served as a registered nurse in the Neuro Intensive Care Unit, caring for critically ill neurosurgical patients and managing advanced interventions such as ventilatory support and intracranial pressure monitoring.
