Courtney Earle is a board-certified physician assistant in the Department of Neurosurgery at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical care, collaborating closely with neurosurgeons and multidisciplinary teams to manage complex spinal and cranial conditions.

She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from South University and brings a strong background in perioperative and acute care. Her role includes conducting daily patient rounds, performing focused neurological examinations, coordinating and interpreting advanced diagnostic imaging, and managing postoperative recovery. Courtney is experienced in overseeing external ventricular drain management, performing bedside procedures, and identifying and treating postoperative complications. She also plays an active role in patient and family education, ensuring clear understanding of surgical plans, recovery expectations, and long-term care strategies.
