Nimaris Niebla Gonzalez is a board-certified family nurse practitioner at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She has extensive experience with overseeing the daily operations of multiple operating rooms and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve quality and patient safety. She has also helped lead initiatives focused on operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and exceptional surgical care.

Nimaris earned a Master of Science in Nursing, Nurse Executive, and a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Chamberlain University. As an advanced practice registered nurse, she has provided care for patients undergoing surgical procedures, such as cosmetic, urologic, gynecologic, endoscopic, colorectal, vascular, and more. She also has extensive experience caring for patients with gastrointestinal conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings, managing their care across the continuum of diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. Outside of her clinical practice, Nimaris is passionate about nursing education and professional development. She teaches future registered and practical nurses through classroom instruction, simulation, laboratory training, and individualized academic mentoring.
