Stephanie Lyon is a doctorally prepared family nurse practitioner providing comprehensive primary and post-acute care services. She collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate patients, manage acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans that support recovery, wellness, and long-term health.

She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa and brings more than 13 years of healthcare experience across military, emergency, and rehabilitation care settings. Her clinical background includes performing detailed physical assessments, diagnosing and managing complex medical conditions, prescribing therapies, and providing education focused on disease prevention and self-management. Stephanie also has experience in neurology, endocrinology, women’s health, and primary care through diverse clinical training rotations.
