Krystell Fernandez-Gregorich is a nurse Practitioner who is double board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s unique healthcare needs.

Krystell earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Miami Regional University and completed her post-master’s certificate in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing at Walden University. She brings a diverse clinical background with experience in urology, emergency room, critical care, cardiology, neurology, and veterans’ health. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she gained extensive experience as a registered nurse in high-acuity hospital settings, including Mount Sinai Medical Center, where she cared for patients in critical care and neurology. This strong clinical foundation allows her to provide comprehensive, high-quality care across a variety of healthcare settings.

Krystell believes that education, communication, and collaboration are essential to achieving the best possible health outcomes. She is dedicated to helping patients improve their overall health and well-being by developing personalized treatment plans that empower them to take an active role in their care.
