Paul Steven Singerman Elected as Chairman of the Executive Board of Trustees

Mount Sinai Medical Center recently announced the election of Paul Steven Singerman as Chairman of its Executive Board of Trustees, effective January 1, 2026. A respected attorney, civic leader, and long-standing supporter of our medical center, Paul assumes the role at a time of significant growth and continued expansion in South Florida.

A member of Mount Sinai’s Board for more than a decade, Paul has provided strategic guidance on major initiatives that have strengthened our medical center’s mission and reach. His leadership has contributed to Mount Sinai’s continued advancement in clinical innovation, patient-centered care, community access, and philanthropic engagement.

Paul is the co-founder and co-chair of Berger Singerman, one of Florida’s leading business law firms. Known for his integrity, insight, and commitment to community service, he has a deep history with philanthropic and civic initiatives throughout South Florida. His decades of engagement reflect a strong dedication to strengthening local institutions and supporting the needs of a rapidly evolving landscape.

The medical center expresses its gratitude for the leadership of our outgoing chairman Barry L. Skolnick, whose tenure helped guide the organization through a period of remarkable progress and expansion.
