Stephanie Perez is a board-certified family nurse practitioner specializing in cardiology at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She provides comprehensive cardiovascular care for patients with acute and chronic heart conditions, working closely with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to support diagnosis, treatment planning, and long-term disease management.
Her clinical experience includes managing hypertension, heart failure, arrhythmias, and hyperlipidemia, as well as interpreting diagnostic studies such as ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and cardiac monitoring results. Stephanie also performs preoperative and postoperative cardiovascular evaluations and emphasizes patient education focused on prevention, lifestyle modification, and heart health.
