Dr. Nicole Ruiz is a gastroenterologist specializing in digestive diseases, hepatology, and nutrition. She completed her fellowship in gastroenterology at Emory University, where she also served as Chief Fellow, and her residency in internal medicine at the University of Florida. She earned her medical degree from the University of Florida College of Medicine and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from the University of Miami.
