Dr. Nana Gegechkori is a physician specializing in cardiovascular medicine and cardiac electrophysiology. She recently completed a cardiac electrophysiology fellowship at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. She previously completed a fellowship in cardiovascular medicine and a residency in internal medicine at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn. Dr. Gegechkori earned her medical degree from Tbilisi State Medical University in Georgia and completed a Ph.D. in Medical Sciences and cardiology fellowship training at the A.N. Bakulev National Medical Research Center of Cardiovascular Surgery in Moscow, Russia. She also holds a Master of Science in Clinical Research from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

Dr. Gegechkori’s clinical and research interests include arrhythmias, atrial fibrillation ablation, and advanced cardiac imaging. She has authored peer-reviewed publications and presented research internationally on topics including arrhythmia mechanisms, cardiovascular outcomes, and health disparities.
