Dr. Molly Bilderback is a licensed internal medicine physician and currently serves as Medical Director, providing clinical leadership and oversight to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and completed her internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach.

With clinical interests focused on hospital and internal medicine, Dr. Bilderback has contributed to advancing medical knowledge through co-authored publications and poster presentations.

Before becoming a physician, Dr. Bilderback gained hands-on experience as a Certified Hemodialysis Technician and Vascular Access Coordinator, providing her with a deep understanding of renal pathologies and patient care coordination. She actively participates in professional organizations and is vice chair of the clinical quality committee, reflecting her commitment to leadership, education, and excellence in healthcare.
