Dr. Gautam Malik is a board-certified internal medicine physician who earned his medical degree from Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India. He completed his internal medicine residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. He is currently on staff as a hospitalist at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Fla.

Dr. Malik’s clinical interests include hospital medicine, anesthesiology, cardiovascular research, and medical education. He has contributed to cardiovascular research at the University of Illinois and University of Connecticut Health Center, collaborating and volunteering in cardiothoracic surgery and molecular cardiology.
