Jennifer Pomares is a board-certified family nurse practitioner providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She supports patients across all stages of women’s health, including preventive care, family planning, prenatal and postpartum management, and gynecologic follow-up, working collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue Global University and brings more than 13 years of combined nursing and advanced practice experience in women’s health, labor and delivery, and obstetrics. Her clinical background includes managing high-acuity obstetric conditions, performing office-based procedures, and providing patient education focused on long-term health and wellness.

Jennifer is committed to compassionate, evidence-based care and clear communication. Fluent in English and Spanish, she emphasizes patient education, shared decision-making, and continuity of care to ensure patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their healthcare journey.
