Jennifer Escalante is a physician assistant specializing in neurology at the Wien Center for Alzheimer’s Disease and Memory Disorders at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She evaluates and manages patients with memory and cognitive concerns, develops individualized care plans, and works closely with physicians, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing care.
She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Baylor College of Medicine and brings extensive experience in neurology and neurosurgery. Her background includes interpreting neuroimaging and diagnostic studies, assisting in complex neurosurgical procedures, and guiding patients and families through pre- and post-treatment care. She is also actively involved in identifying and supporting patients who may benefit from participation in clinical research studies.
