Jennifer Castilloux, DO

Dr. Jennifer Castilloux is a board-certified internal medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. She completed her internal medicine residency training at Mount Sinai Medical Center, where she supervised and taught medical students and interns as a senior resident.

Dr. Castilloux has been credentialed at nine skilled nursing facilities. Her clinical experience includes complex post-acute care, care coordination and communication with primary care physicians, and patient transitions to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). She has experience with patients admitted in SNFs both directly from the hospital and from home. This includes overseeing their care throughout their rehabilitation and recovery until discharge.
