Dr. Frayda Kresch is the medical director and vice chair of the emergency department at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She is board-certified in emergency medicine.

Dr. Kresch has contributed to many presentations and publications on topics that include emergency medicine residents’ self-awareness of intubation skills, low-dose ketamine infusion for managing pain, and tuberculosis infection in patients with psoriasis treated with biologic drugs.
