We are proud to announce a new, exclusive, FREE customer support option from Apple to all Mount Sinai staff! If you have any questions or need assistance with any personal Apple products you own, current Mount Sinai employees can use a dedicated support number and code for assistance.

Examples include the following:

  • Setting up a new Apple device, Apple ID troubleshooting, and restoring an Apple device from a backup
  • Apple application and software support
  • General tips and tricks

This 24/7 support line is readily available to assist and resolve all Apple-related issues. To contact, please dial the following number: 1.877.218.1190. When asked, the MSMC PIN is 3499.

This service is not available to repair broken personal devices. For any additional questions about this new benefit, or for issues with hospital Apple devices, please call the IT Service Desk ext. 52545.

BENEFITS REMINDER: Mount Sinai Medical Center offers a public transportation discount program for all employees. The discount program provides transit passes at 50 percent off. You can sign up or cancel this benefit at any time.
