Heidy Reynolds is a board-certified adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner and serves as Lead APRN in Vascular and Interventional Radiology at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She provides advanced procedural and clinical care, working closely with interventional radiologists to manage patients throughout the pre-, intra-, and post-procedural continuum.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Barry University and has extensive experience in acute care, interventional radiology, and oncology. In her role, Heidy independently performs image-guided procedures, coordinates complex patient care, and oversees outpatient follow-up and hospital rounding. As a clinical leader, she supervises and mentors advanced practice providers and clinical staff, leads quality improvement initiatives, and supports the education and onboarding of residents and nursing teams.

Heidy is deeply committed to clinical excellence, patient safety, and collaborative care. She prioritizes clear communication, patient education, and evidence-based practice to ensure high-quality outcomes for every patient she serves.
