Yara Cabrera is an advanced practice registered nurse providing comprehensive urologic care services at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She works collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to evaluate patients, manage acute and chronic conditions, and support continuity of care across outpatient settings.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University and brings more than seven years of experience as an advanced practice provider. Her clinical background includes managing a wide range of urologic conditions such as urinary tract infections, benign prostatic hyperplasia, kidney stones, and urologic cancers, as well as supporting patients through pre- and postoperative care. Yara also has experience in primary care, allowing her to take a holistic approach to patient evaluation and treatment.

Yara is committed to compassionate, patient-centered care and clear communication. Fluent in English and Spanish, she focuses on patient education, preventive care, and building trusted relationships to support long-term health and well-being.
