Liane Hernandez Sangronis is a doctorally prepared family nurse practitioner specializing in urology at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She provides comprehensive outpatient care for patients with a wide range of urologic conditions, working closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to evaluate symptoms, guide treatment decisions, and support long-term disease management.

She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chamberlain University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Florida International University. With more than a decade of clinical experience, Liane’s practice includes diagnosing and managing conditions such as benign prostatic hyperplasia, kidney stones, urinary retention, incontinence, elevated PSA, and urologic infections. She also conducts preoperative evaluations and postoperative follow-up for surgical urology patients, ordering and interpreting laboratory tests, imaging studies, and urodynamic testing to support individualized treatment plans.
