Dr. Nicole Pabón is a psychiatrist who earned her medical degree from Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. She completed her psychiatry residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center, where she trained across a broad range of psychiatric settings and patient populations.

Dr. Pabón’s clinical experience includes inpatient and outpatient psychiatry, psychotherapy, consultation-liaison psychiatry, addiction psychiatry, and other specialized areas, with a strong focus on providing comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Her academic and research experience spans various topics in mental health. She has contributed to peer-reviewed publications and presented her work at academic and professional conferences. Beyond her clinical and academic work, Dr. Pabón has been involved in volunteer and community health initiatives focused on expanding access to care and supporting underserved populations.

Dr. Pabón is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care with an emphasis on accessibility, cultural competence, and fostering long-term therapeutic relationships.
