Cher Diaz, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Cher Diaz is a board-certified family nurse practitioner in the Gastroenterology Division at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She provides advanced evaluation and management of patients with a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

She earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University and brings more than 15 years of combined nursing and advanced practice experience. Her clinical background includes gastroenterology, critical care, and acute medicine, with prior experience in the Neuro Intensive Care Unit caring for complex, high-acuity patients.
