Dr. Daniela Whilchy is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician dedicated to comprehensive, patient-centered primary care. She completed her residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach and earned her medical degree from the University of Carabobo in Valencia, Venezuela.

A devoted Primary Care Physician, she places preventive medicine at the center of her practice. Her clinical interests include diabetes, hypertension, metabolic health, and obesity, with a strong emphasis on sustainable lifestyle changes and empowering patients to take an active role in their health.

Before coming to Mount Sinai, Dr. Whilchy served as the National Clinical Quality Manager at Sanitas Medical Center, where she focused on improving quality metrics, patient outcomes, and healthcare delivery processes across multiple clinical sites.

Dr. Whilchy has been actively involved in clinical research and case presentations, with work focusing on infectious diseases, nephrology, hematology, tuberculosis, and critical care quality improvement initiatives. Her scholarly contributions have been presented at regional and institutional conferences, including the American College of Physicians Florida Chapter meeting.
