Dr. Nicole Pabón is a psychiatrist who earned her medical degree from the Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine in Puerto Rico. She completed her undergraduate studies in Cell and Molecular Biology at the University of Puerto Rico–Rio Piedras Campus.

Dr. Pabón’s clinical training spans inpatient psychiatry, outpatient care, psychotherapy, consultation-liaison psychiatry, and specialty rotations, with a strong focus on comprehensive, patient-centered psychiatric care across diverse populations.

Her research experience includes work on psychiatric outcomes in medical students, COVID-19–related mental health impacts, and clinical case studies in refractory psychosis. She has contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications and presented at national and institutional conferences, including work published in the Puerto Rico Health Sciences Journal and Cureus Journal of Medical Science.

In addition to her clinical and academic work, Dr. Pabón has participated in extensive volunteer and global health initiatives, including mobile clinics in Peru, COVID-19 vaccination campaigns, and underserved community outreach programs in Puerto Rico.

Dr. Pabón is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care with an emphasis on accessibility, cultural competence, and long-term therapeutic relationships.

She is Fluent in English and Spanish.
