Dr. Tesil Nedumkallel Sani is a board-certified internal medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Jubilee Mission Medical College and Research Institute, Thrissur, in Kerala, India. She completed her internal medicine residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Fla.

Dr. Sani’s clinical interests include hospital medicine, evidence-based medicine, clinical education, and bedside patient care. She gained valuable clinical experience when volunteering as an observer, research associate, and visiting physician with respected medical institutions, such as UCSF Fresno, the University of Miami, and the Miami VA Healthcare System. These roles exposed her to a breadth of specialties, including cardiology, nephrology, endocrinology, geriatrics, and infectious disease.

Dr. Sani is certified in basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS). She is also fluent in Malayalam and Hindi.
