Cross the Rickenbacker Causeway to Key Biscayne. After the toll, continue for approximately 5 miles. Go past the beaches and the tennis center. Keep going until you come into Key Biscayne's downtown district. Pass Sonesta Drive. Ahead on the right, at the intersection of Crandon Boulevard and Key Colony Drive, you will see Key Colony Plaza, a 3-story Mediterranean-style shopping plaza. Mount Sinai Key Biscayne is located on the third floor.

Make a U-turn at San Sebastian Avenue onto Ponce de Leon Boulevard. Mount Sinai Coral Gables is on the right.
From West Miami-Dade County
Drive east on Bird Road (SW 42nd Street, then it becomes SW 40th Street/State Road 976 East). Turn left onto Ponce de Leon Boulevard. Make a U-turn at San Sebastian Avenue onto Ponce de Leon Blvd. Mount Sinai Coral Gables is on the right.

From Southwest Broward County
Drive south on Interstate 75 and take exit 1B onto the southbound Palmetto Expressway (State Road 826 South). Take the NW 122nd Street/West 68th Street ramp. Turn right onto West 68th Street/NW 122nd Street. Make your first left onto West 21st Court and stay to the right. Mount Sinai Hialeah is on the right.
From West Miami-Dade County
Drive east on the Dolphin Expressway (State Road 836). Merge onto the Palmetto Expressway (State Road 826 North) and take the NW 122nd Street West exit. Turn left onto West 68th Street/NW 122nd Street. Make a left onto West 21st Court and stay to the right. Mount Sinai Hialeah is on the right.
