Clinical Applications of Domperidone in Patients with Refractory Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease or Delayed Gastric Solid-Phase Emptying
- We are currently recruiting patients who have gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) or delayed gastric emptying and have failed to respond to standard therapy, to participate in a clinical research trial. You may be a candidate to if you are:
- Age 18 or older with symptoms or manifestations secondary to GERD e.g., persistent esophagitis, heartburn, upper airway signs or symptoms
- Gastrointestinal motility disorders (nausea, vomiting, severe dyspepsia or severe chronic constipation)
- Symptoms of bloating and indigestion
