This post-doctoral training program in Podiatric Medicine & Surgery at
Mount Sinai is designed to provide qualified candidates advanced podiatric
medicine and surgical training. The mission of this training program is to provide
an integrated medical and surgical training program teaching the skills
necessary to become a proficient podiatric physician and surgeon. Required and
elective rotations have been developed to enhance the trainee's skills in all aspects
of medical and surgical management of the podiatric patient. The development
and implementation of this program could not have been performed with out
the dedicated support of the administration, faculty, and support staff of
Mount Sinai Medical Center and Barry University School of Graduate
Medical Sciences. Both institutions share the common primary goal of producing an
exemplary Podiatric Physician and Surgeon.
