Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
Offered at our Miami Heart® campus

Mount Sinai’s fully staffed outpatient rehabilitation program underscores our commitment to providing appropriate care in the proper setting. Like our inpatient program, our outpatient program has been meeting the needs of South Floridians for more than 20 years. The goal is also the same—to assist patients in their recovery process through a multidisciplinary team approach. To help ensure success, our professional team works together and with each of our patients to develop a fully customized treatment program. To achieve utmost success, the team works closely with each patient’s doctor, and provides a monthly progress report on patient progress. When treatment ends, therapists, patients, their families and their doctors collaborate on a follow-up plan that may include exercise, diet changes and more.
To contact us for outpatient rehabilitation services or additional information, call 305-604-6380. If you’re interested in seeing a Mount Sinai rehabilitation physician, please call our Physician Referral Line (305) 674-CARE (2273).
